Due to the intimate nature of the event, we are only inviting established partners to our wedding. Unfortunately, we do not have space for everyone to bring a plus one. If your invitation includes a guest’s name, they’re invited.

Both the wedding ceremony and reception will be indoors. The venue is non-smoking.

The venue has an ample parking lot adjacent to the venue with a security attendant.

The wedding will include beer and wine options for guests.

Yes, dinner will be served to all guests.

Formal, bookishly elegant attire: think dark suits or tuxes, floor-length gowns or elevated cocktail dresses in rich fall tones, jewel tones and luxe fabrics—like you’re attending a candlelit gala in a grand old library.

The primary color is black with splashes of cream, dark green and pale pink.

The top floor of the venue, where the ceremony will be held and dinner served, is accessible. There are stairs to reach the lower level for dancing and cake-cutting.

Fly into SAT (San Antonio International Airport). While it may be tempting to fly into Austin's airport, Texas is a very large state and flying into Austin will add 1.5 hours to your incoming time (if everything goes perfectly).

If you are coming from out of town or would like to avoid a long drive at the end of the event, we have two room block options for guests to pick from: Plaza San Antonio Hotel & Spa, Autograph Collection; or the Hyatt Place San Antonio/Riverwalk. You can find room block information under the "Travel" section. Please book your room by mid-September to be part of the room block.

We would love for it to cool off in October, but expect temperatures in the low- to mid-80s during the day. The weather is still usually dry in October.
